About Us

We are a network of YWAMers from various nations who combine years of cross-cultural communication and YWAM experience, multi-faceted skill sets, and lots of passion. Some of us work on-site in our Colorado Springs office, and the rest are scattered around the globe as part of our network of teams, staff, and ministries. We function in teams, physically, structurally, and virtually in collaboration on projects. We have a Leadership Team that provides eldership and oversight to ICN. This team also reports to a Board that meets quarterly.

ICN Priorities

For the next three years, we will focus on empowering, equipping, and networking. We would like roughly half of our efforts directed toward multiplying communicators in YWAM. We also intend to help connect needs to resources, and help YWAMers place a greater value on communication. We believe that as we invest in our mission in these ways, we will expand our capacity to help YWAM in the future, we will strengthen YWAM ministries and we will see all of YWAM use communication with increasing effectiveness to glorify God and build His kingdom.
